The ICYR Reading Room is a static website designed to collect as little information as possible.
No cookies, analytics or ads
The site sets no cookies. It doesn't use analytics, advertising, social media widgets or tracking scripts, and we don't know which pages you read.
The study checklist
The checklist on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to us or anyone else, and they're gone when you reload or close the page. "Copy as text" copies the result to your own clipboard.
Fonts and files
Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this site's own domain. Pages don't load anything from third-party services. Some guides link to outside sources; if you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes standard request data when you visit a page, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy and may keep logs for a limited time. If its security systems flag unusual traffic, Cloudflare may show a check page and set a short-lived security cookie used only for that purpose. We don't use request data to identify or track visitors.
If you email us, we receive your address and your message. We use them only to read and reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your message. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
